Targol Distilled Rose Water – Golab (450ml)
Rose water is made by distilling rose petals using steam. It dates back as far as 1200 BC in the Middle East and has complex healing properties, as well as being used in the perfume industry and as a skin tonic and in cooking. Some of the main health benefits of drinking Rose Water are its antioxidant qualities, helping relieve insomnia, various digestive ailments and sore throats, and it is a good source of Vitamin C. It is commonly used in Middle Eastern cooking, often paired with sweet food like baklava and gulab jamun for it strong and earthy flavour.
