Story and Characteristics
Tiramisù hailed as the quintessential Italian dessert, was born in Treviso in the 1970s. According to gastronome Giuseppe Maffioli, it was first served at the “Alle Beccherie” restaurant by pastry chef Loly Linguanotto. The classic recipe combines mascarpone cheese, eggs, sugar, Savoiardi biscuits, coffee, and cocoa powder, layered to create a dessert that is soft, creamy, and indulgent.
Tiramisù Bottega faithfully recreates these flavours using cream from the Alps, Italian mascarpone, egg yolks, Santo Domingo cocoa, Ethiopian Arabica coffee, and gluten-free Savoiardi biscuit extract. The addition of sugar lends a balanced sweetness, while the alcohol provides body and acts as a natural preservative. Produced by hand without preservatives, this liqueur stays true to the traditional dessert’s profile while offering a creamy and satisfying sip.
