Bodrum Sundried Tomatoes (330g)
To bring out the innate delicacy of these tomatoes, they are matured on the vine and slowly toasted with oregano. They have a good overall sweet and savoury flavour after being roasted in Balsamic vinegar. After that, the tomatoes are dried. The finished product is sweet, creamy, sticky tomatoes with enhanced Mediterranean tastes. To put additional savoury richness to pizza base sauces, cut the semi-dried balsamic tomatoes and serve them whole to bruschetta plates, spread over smashed avocado, or even slice and offer with poached eggs.
Ingredients: Sun dried tomatoes, sunflower oil, salt, herbs (bay leaves, thyme, rosemary, garlic).
