Za’atar is a blend of herbs and spices used throughout the Middle East. Adonis Palestinian style za’atar is made with roasted cracked wheat in place of sesame seeds, alongside the typical thyme and oregano. It is a table spice as well as a cooking spice and goes well with any meat or vegetable dish.
