[拾嶺 x Gohobi] Lishan Tea Region – Qingxin Oolong Tea 梨山|青心烏龍
Elevation: 2000m
Delicate Floral and Fruity Fragrance | Phytoncide Aroma | Silky Smooth Mouthfeel | Refreshing Sweet Aftertaste
Lishan, located in Lishan Village, Heping District, Taichung City, sits at an elevation of 2000 meters. Named for its abundant harvests of premium temperate fruits such as pears and apples, Lishan is a place of unique charm. The significant temperature differences between day and night, along with occasional winter snowfall, slow the growth of tea plants, allowing them to accumulate more pectin, theanine, and sugars. This results in thick, robust leaves. Depending on the altitude of the tea gardens, the tea is harvested 2 to 3 times a year. The tea brews to a full-bodied, mellow, and sweet infusion, graced with the delicate scents of pear and apple blossoms, showcasing the unique terroir of this region.
